Who is this for?

  • A comprehensive intake form for you to complete regarding your child’s sleep habits, routines, and challenges

  • Detailed tailored sleep plan designed specifically for your child and family

  • 40-minute phone consult to discuss sleep plan (sent out 24-48 hours before phone consult)

  • 14-day support period with daily communication via WhatsApp and/or email (Monday-Friday 8.30-4.00pm, and until 8pm on the first night of support)
