What are my qualifications?

I’m a certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant with a current Working With Children Check and a member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists.

How can I book an appointment?

What age groups do you work with?

I support families with babies and toddlers from 4 months to 5 years old.

How is working with you different from a sleep school?

The biggest difference? Personalised support, tailored to your family.

Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with you 1:1 to create a customised sleep plan that suits your baby or toddler’s needs. You’ll also have ongoing support over two weeks, so you’re never alone in the process.

Another key advantage is that we focus on improving sleep in your own home, where your little one is already familiar and comfortable. A well-set-up sleep environment and consistent routines play a huge role in quality sleep, and I’ll guide you every step of the way.

Will my baby cry?

Most likely, yes. Crying is your baby’s way of communicating, whether they’re tired, hungry, overstimulated, or just adjusting to change. I know that hearing your baby cry can be tough, which is why I’ll help you understand their cues and feel confident in how to respond.

Do you use the 'cry-it-out' method?

No, I don’t use cry-it-out (CIO), where a baby is left to cry without comfort. Instead, I offer a range of gentle and responsive settling techniques, so you can choose an approach that aligns with your parenting style.

Can I continue co-sleeping?

I fully respect every family’s sleep choices. However, as a certified sleep consultant, I follow safe sleep guidelines, which advise against co-sleeping due to the increased risk of SIDS. Because of this, I only support families working towards independent sleep in a cot.

When is payment required?

Payment is required in full before your consultation.
