Before I became a sleep consultant, I struggled through countless sleepless nights, feeling exhausted and frustrated as I tried to calm my baby to sleep. It was really tough. But after some persistence and a willingness to learn, we reached out to a sleep consultant who helped transform our nighttime routine with effective methods.

Through this journey, I realised just how important sleep is—not only for my own well-being as a mum but also for my baby's happiness and healthy development. This experience motivated me to help other families facing similar challenges.
